I went to marble slab, and go there a lot. Sometimes the people have been weird with serving you or jerks, but it's rare. I went the other day... And it was about 20 mins before closing. I order a yogurt, and the girl goes to her machine— the machine seemed fine to me and claims that the machine was off and there was no yogurt. It seemed like she was lying but I couldn't be sure. She acted like tehre was nothign she could do. Then, I asked like... Do u always shut your machine down 20 mins before u close? Another employee came and they seemed to be like fiddling with the machine. Really doing nothing— the yogurt came out and it seemed fine... So I have no clue what those morons were harping on about. They seemed to be 'fake fixing' the machine ie. There was no fixing that needed to be done. There was decent yogurt coming out— what was going on? The girl said the yogurt was too watery— i said that was fine b/c the yogurt seemed totally fine. She again was almsot tryign to get me to not get it, and I told her it was ok. She got the yogurt and asked if I wanted it in a cup— i said a cone was ok. Of course she claimed it was too watery to put it on a cone, so she put it in a cup and then finally put it on a cone.
Now, she ended up giving me a 'kiddie cone' which was much less yogurt. I noticed that and commented on it— she went and filled it up some more— i got the cone and it fell all over me. I then asked her— did u give me a kiddie cone? She then said "well that's what u give with a small" which wasn't true at all... Then she said it was and another employee came and she asked and they said no... U give a regular cone.
Finally they filled another cone up with yogurt, and still less yogurt to me after all that hassle. I mean what is wrong with these idiots? Are they not trying to serve customers, make money ro get service? I'm sure one more customer wouldn't matter, but why did they do that? It didn't seem like they were telling the truth because the machine was working fine and the yogurt came out fine.
Are they trying to reject serving people...? Why all the hassle just for a yogurt? You are supposed to go flip the lever fill the cone and hand it to the customer— not claim there is no yogurt, when there "is" give them a hard time hassle them, try to get them to leave, then on top of that give them a kiddie cone and refill different cones and cups several times. Are these people jsut really messed up or something?
Your employees need some help and so does your management— get these jerks straight... Because doing this to customers, is just really stupid and pathetic.
