They lock you into a committment with out you even knowing it. I signed a work order that stated the working connected the Direct Tv. Un beknowst to me I had signed a two year agreement. When I tried to get out of it they charged me 176.00. I would never sign a long term agreement on anything these days. They trapp you and then have no ethical business sense to work with you to get out of it.
