Chris Byrd, Ripoff Unlicensed Manufactured Home Dealer Sold me a used manufactured home and failed to meet contractual agreement to remodel the home Ripoff

Beware of Chris Byrd of Golden Valley Arizona, (unlicensed manufactured home dealer) who sold to me and agreed to remodel said home in a timeley fashion has breached the contract. Cost of home was $21,300. Civil suit has been filed in Justice Court in Kingman Arizona, Mohave County.

More details and exhibits to follow if matter is not resolved in a timely fashion.
