Be warned, if you have a legitimate problem, that this company and it's representatives have little to no regard for their players. They do not care to even address major issues such as being overcharged for gold purchases, missing inventory items or having your payment information hacked and used without your knowledge. Playing is almost painfully slow and the glitches that have been a part of this application for a long time continue to haunt it's players without explanation or solution from Slide's technical staff. Their customer service is practically non-existent unless you are a fan of multiple automated responses. I would not recommend this app to anyone for any reason. At all.
