Back in november of i notified the uspo in millbury, ma 01527 of a change of address. A card was compled and returned to post office. Since that time our mail is not being delivered. We previously lived at 65 canal st. Apt222 millbury, ma. We moved from this address in november. And ever since then not all our mail is being delivered. What is happening the mail is coming to 39-b howe lane when our address is 39-b howe avenue, millbury. Somehow i cannot get the post office to correct this address. There is no 39 b howe lane—therefore mail is sent back. My sister lost her health insurance because of the post office. I am totally frustrated with the post office. I called today 5/14/10 and spoke to a person name paul, and i questioned him about the mail and if he would check the box in which they return mail—immediately he said there is none. I have been waiting for my check for over three weeks or more and still nothing. When i spoke to paul he said, i see a lot of mail coming through as howe lane and the the person who delivers the mail refuses to take it and therefore it is sent back. I am not sure if this is true as the postman we have is very good and does check—this week we have not had our regular postman.
