My order was a month late. I found a phone number (800-850-3579), called and got an extremely nice woman on the phone who cleared everything up. I suggest if you have a problem with your Western Silver order to call them. I've read that a lot of people cannot find the number. Now you have it. Call and get your issues resolved.
