I've a $200,000 mortgage on my home with GMAC Mortgage. I had been behind funds on my mortgage for all weeks. Our complete standard quantity for the weeks I missed funds totaled out to $9,724. The GMAC Loss Mitigation department continued calling me and bothering me. They named me many times per week and required I spend the whole standard quantity of $9724.00 entirely to be able to get present about the mortgage, or that I atleast start incomplete payments onto it. After many weeks of nuisance, I ultimately decided to spend them $1000, I offered them my banking account info to allow them to withdraw the reported quantity of $1000, but rather they withdrew $3000!!! Just a few days later-after examining my bank documents I then found out, and immediately I named the GMAC reduction mitigation department and required to talk to the supervisor in control, plus they created me hang on the line for over an hour or so, after which disconnected me, I called back 24 hours later, and again they created me hang on the point, this time around for 40 minute. Lastly I talked towards the supervisor, plus they WOn't provide me back my $ simply because they declare I owe them $9,724.00 and therefore they're providing me difficulty returning my $2000 that they took. Yes right they created a mistake by over-charging!!! I doubt it had been a mistake, this really is possibly how they run!!! They're criminals and thieves!!! Do not actually employ GMAC mortgage!
