Rude customer service

Telephoned GMAC mortgage to get info on home in foreclosure. Trying to save home & become homeless. Kept on hold for 30 minutes, when answered, rep from Loss Mitigation was not the friendliest. Told me nothing could be done, told me to contact Loan Origination. That department told me to contact Loss Mitigation. When I told them I already spoke to them they were ready to hand up. Didn't want to hear what I was calling about. They claim they want to help homeowners but they would rather take their home & leave it sit empty for months if not years.instead of showing no concern or compassion, they should try to help their customers. It's like car salesmen, your their friend until you drive off the lot. You never hear from them again.
