In jan. Of this year i went in for a psa test, a vial of blood was taken for the test. Dr. Murphy stated he would call me with the results, two months latter in march i got a statement which was to cover overage from what medicare paid, in the amt of 92. Since i live on less than 1000. A month in ss, i paid half and asked about the results of the test. After at first failing to find any record of a test i was told the blood was lost and no test was done, no one had bothered to call and request a retest. I was told they would cancell everything.in a few days i got another statement for the remainder and stating they had reimbursed medicare but they still demanded i pay for a test that was not performed and that they had in fact reimbursed medicare for and the sample lost and no notice for replacement. I now have to go out of the area for a test and hope and pray it doesnt come back positive for if it does its going to be "houston we have a problem"i spoke with a very obnoxopus person in billing that said i had to pay it. I then spoke with rosie in collections and was told she would have the administrator call me as she could not make that decision. Several days passed, nothing i called rosie again and was told she would remind her, nothing then today "jan " in management called and very rudely stated she saw nothing wrong with the picture and would be sending it to collections. These people have every intention of turning this over to their local collection agency to further harrase me and then file it in court, srerve me with papers to appear in court and thereby increase the amt to 242. With their fees and the court costive found hundreds of agencys that are for the purpose of collecting from cirizens in oregon but not the first one that are designed to protect the consumer that has limited resources, there is not even a better business bureau in the area
I have no intention, nor will i ever pay these people or their representives a single dime court or no court i will move from the state or file bankruptcy

My life has been on hold ever since learning the test had been lost and they were continuing to demand payment as these people are perfectly willing and on a regular basis harrase and intimidate people into bankruptcy and in fact moving out of the area or state by turning even the most trivial amt over to ther goon squad of a collection agency as it does not cost them to do this. Its about time they weighed the results of their actions against what it can cost them
