The person who wrote earlier about Jay is speaking the truth. The rebuttal is nothing more than an excuse. Jay has taken more people for money in the name of investing than you can count. Go to sunbiz.org and look at all of the companies he has started and are no longer active. Do a search in Broward county Florida and see how many lawsuits have been filed against him. Look at how many judgments he has against him, all of these are for money he owned people. At last count there were 100s of thousands of dollars.
He is nothing more than a scam artist, and he will take your money. If you invest and the company doesnt work out, you will be the ONLY one that loses money. He never puts any of his own money into any of these projects. Also employees that work for him will find themselves not getting paid either.
If you plan on doing anything with Jay Koenigsberg, I strongly suggest you do an extensive background check on him and see the type of person you are getting involved with. If you are a true investor, it would be in your best interest to invest in something and someone else.in the end you will lose. Any threats to sue him will only receive a response that he will file bankruptcy. Even if you get a judgment against him, nothing is in his name so you cant get anything.
