Rmit, facta red flag training rmit... Red flag warning to others... Company is a scam

Beware of rmit this group it is a scam!!!
I responded to a Monster.com advertisment in mid January. The add stated that there was a $4000.00 per month guarantee and that they were looking to add a few people in the Orlando area. I call the number and spoke to an Andrew who all but hired me on the spot on the first call. This should have been Red Flag number 1. Then he tells me that i could even be a district manager. Again another red flag should have gone up then. Then I get invited to attend one of those cheesy "meet in an hotel banguet room deals" red flag number 3. Then as I sit in the hotel banquet room with several other people this guy name Dusty Mcgee begins to speak and completely talks in circles with zero professionalism, should have been Red Flag number 4. He claims to be a salesperson then I later learned that he was actually the one who is listed as the owner on the Corporation paperwork and the Company was just incorporated this past year not even a year ago. They then say that you have to pay $150.00 to get hired and then on your first sale you will get that money back. I have been in sales for over 18 years and was just considering doing something to suppliment my income on the side and thought that with my 12 years experience in the credit industry that I undertstood the FACTA Laws and this may be something that i could do part time. I was promised all of the training and how to use the website. Then as I was leaving the State that very afternoon for a trip to Maine I was in a hurry to get out of there. They tell me without even looking at credentials that I was to step up and use my credit card to sgin up. Then this so called I.T. Guy comes over and cant even get the website to open up and do what it was supposed to do. This gentleman was introduced as a Jon Backy. It took him several minute to get the website even up so that you could read it. Then I finally got my credit card info input and I was promised that I would be given trainning and not to worry when I get back from Maine they would help me and show me what exactly they did to get a "customer" signed up. When I returned from Maine I was promised training and never got it. Every time that I approached someone from this group they said that they were out of town that day or that they were busy. One time I was referred to this "Dusty" and his exact comment to me was "go out there tell potential customers what you do know and "get your nose bloodied a bit and then we can show you how it is done. This should have been Red Flag numer 26. I gave them the benefit of doubt and then demanded my money back as this was the most unprofessional group I have ever been associated with in the past 22 years that I wanted nothing to do with them at this point and felt like I had been scammed out of my 150 dollars. I was contacted by "dusty" and he said that on April 1 the "board" was going to meet and they would refund my money back as they have had other complaints on this district manager Andrew and Tom Caser and it warranted a refund. Then he said that they cut acheck and would overnight it. Needless to say the overnight never came. Then an email comes from the little I.T. Guy who acts like he is some sort of person in charge and says that he was at this so called "board" meeting and he doesnt know why I havent gotten my check back. He promised me that he will look into it and get my refund to me within days. That was two weeks ago and I have been unable to reach anyone at this so called company. I have explained to them that they had a chance and oppurtunity to refund my money to me and three times after being promised that the check was in the mail they failed. It is my opinion that these three guys are conducting this practice around central Florida and most people just forget about and give up and this group keeps the $150.00. They claim to sell a web based training to businesses and they claim that all businesses in florida are required by Law to purchase it. I just want my $150.00 back and want to be rest assured that these guys are held accountable and not be scamming others out of their money at these "meetings". I never recieved any training other than that web site that never would work and was set up like a fifth grader designed it. The names of those whom I dealt with are Dusty Mcgee, Andrew, Tom Caser, and Jon Backy. It is my intent to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general's office and MOnster.com. This will be my complaint and I will sign everything as it is my testimony and organization like this need to be stopped. They call big meetings at hotels and get folks to give them $150 dollars to sign up as a n agent and then they leave them to fend for themnselves this product is a jioke and this company is a joke as is the two guys that run it. My 8 year old niece could design a better website...
