I'm handy cap and every time I go to Wal-Mart there is cars not regestere to be in the Handy Cap parking. There is a bigger problem and that is the shopping carts by handy Cap parking. There isn't any. If you get to use a handy cap parking you have to take your carts to the door or half way down the parking lot. To me that makes no sense at all. There are extra line that make no sense being there so why can't they put carts to be placed there by the handy cap people. You get a spot to park so your closer to the door reasons of" wheel chairs, hard to walk what ever the reason. You have to walk so far to place those carts back. I hate going places any more.
