I was today me and my father, we ordred tuna sandwich, unfortunatnatley the crew member name gregory -he refused to give his name —was very rude, when my father ask him to change the gloves please..! By comenting back " hey go again, dont tel me to chan ge the gloves" then after he rings us we found out he give us the rong sandwich (chicken sandwich) excuse me can give us tuna sandwich, he reply by giving us only half of the sandwich saying yhat i did eat the half of the chicken sandwich... When i ask for the manager he said that he is the manager, so i ask for the district manger he was smart ass by saying he will giving the number when u contact him?! What? I never benn mistreated in subway or elswhere... Then he fallow me in table where my dad was finishing the rest of his sandwich to tell me i do not have right to complaint and start arguing with me?! When i ask for who is in the charge in this place no one seem to care, all the time i go to subway located in ludlow i do get always good sevice, i will never go to the one located in 249 w.
