I ordered some product in November which I still have not used... Supposed to be for 99 cents... My credit card was subsequently charged much, much more. I then received more product, that I didn't ask for and I would like to return but I am unable to get the required RMA number.
I am a pensioner and I cannot afford these exorbitant charges on my credit card... Any help would be appreciated.
