The reps are rude, and give false information. I did find a rep Juan in texas who was very very helpful. I really want him recognized. After hours speaking to 5 reps in different states he was the only one who helped me. However my upgrade is due Monday. They came last week took a day off work waited and everything was confused by miscommunication between direct tv and their techs. They are the worst please think again before you want to get this service. HORRIBLE I will tell everyone. The only reason we have it is for the football package.
