Internet cash machine Single Mom scammed out of Light bill money

I was tricked by ICM. They told me I could sign up today for $0.99 and start making hundreds of dollars a week. Being a single mom and unemployed. I tried it, and they not only took out the 99cents they informed me of, they also took $139.95 out that i was not informed would come out at the same time and my check for my lights was declined causing my lights to get turne off.
