I bought a Belkin Surge Protector on 3/13 from Target in Pearland, TX. I found out later when I opened the box that the unit did not match the picture on the box. It did not have a phone/fax protection unit and was different in color. When I returned it, I was told that the bar code on the sales receipt did not match the unit. I don't know how or why the discrepancy occurred, but am upset that I am out over $20 for a Target mistake.
