I have an issue with how much the online company charges for shipping. I've order from them twice before and still have my invoices. The last time I order from them was a year ago, granted there may have been increases in the pricing, but however, the products I purchased was less than a 1lb, as it was the previous year, then it was $5.20. The Post Office charge depending on the weight & zip code (zone). According to the USPS a package weighting 1lb or less and for my zone should only be $5.15, this is the most recent data off of USPS website. This company is charging me $8.34. I spoke to customer service and was told that they can't control what the Post Office charge for packages, and prices increased since last year. Well, they haven't gone up that much, from what I can see, they only went up. 5 cents., which is reasonable, NOT a whole $3.14! So, I am being told if I don't like it take my business elswhere.
