Unauthorized charged on my card

I signed up with register tape to advertize my business on shoprite receipts. Each time i visited the shoprite, my ad. Never appeared in the receipts. I verified every register, no ad. I called to report. I ususally talk to nancy at extension 301 billing dept. She said she would fix it. On december 28, i talked to her, she said she would give me all my money back but i should wait for 4-6 weeks. After the 6 weeks period, no check no nancy. I called i was told nancy left the comany. I called my bank, they said i waited too long to call them therefore no credit back from the rtn. Now i lost the ad and i am about to lose the money too. $465.00
