I hired this company (Mortgage Assist Group) MAG since October to negotiate a loan modification for me with my lender. It's April and I have not heard anything from MAG except they are working on it. I called the bank to find out the status of the modification only to be told that there is not third party working on my behalf and my file is not in review. Which means that MAG have not even contacted the bank on my behalf. When I tried to contact MAG they are not returning my calls or e-mails. I am soooooooo mad!!! Please do not fall for their scam.
