I signed up for a "trial" period from this company - on one of those sites where if you don't happen to click the right space, you don't get to see all of the fine print. I did, however, see that if I didn't cancel in 3 days, they would charge me 140.00- so i attempted to call and cancel. Lo, and behold, they are closed on weekends and there was no way for me to cancel when I called and tried.

SO I couldn't contact them. When I attempted to call on a weekday to cancel, the number was not in service - how convenient! Needless to say, they took my 140.00. Which ended up cosing me over $100 in overdraft charges.

Well, I finallly got a working number and called to tell them I attempted to call and cancel on SEVERAL occasions. I even called my bank, who tried to contact them and couldn't! I offered to send them proof that I called - statements from the bank and my own phone records - but they refuse to refund me! The representatives were very rude, refusing to listen to my side, only repeating that there is absolutely no way they can help me out in any way.

If you are going to take someone'e money in 3 days, you should actually give the person 3 days to call when you'll actually ANSWER THE PHONE! You got Saturdaythrough Monday to take my money, and in reality, my "3 days to cancel" only consisted of Monday, since you do not answer on weekends. Plus, I couldn't even contact them on Monday!

On top of that, I never received any correspondence from them, although they were very willing to close my account and KEEP MY MONEY - I never even used the site - never got a message, letter, etc. To tell me how.
