Lecommkb solutions this company is forcing me to quit my jo

I work for kb solutions who has told they were absorbed by lecomm comm on aprii 1 st 2010 i was layed off by kb and by april 3rd iwas contacted jeff generon lecom gm stating he had work 80 miles from my home for $7.40 per hour he feels that is a good offer so he dont have to pay unemployment he will say i refused work
