I purchased this phone from my MetroPCS store. Ever since I have begun using this phone it has been nothing but problems. I would have returned the phone, however once you go over 30 minutes of use, the store will not take it back. I have tried for months to get in touch with Samsung and good luck finding a phone number for their corporate office. There tech support is useless and I have found HUNDREDS of other people on the web who all have the same issues with this model phone. Everyone I talk to that has this phone all have the same complaints yet no one can get resolution with it. Bottom line, I will never purchase another Samsung phone let along any Samsung product again because they don't give a crap about the customer!
What good is a phone that is supposed to send and receive email when I can't ever do it and I'm in the middle of a phone call and the phone does whatever it feels like doing whenever it wants to, like reboot in the middle of talking to someone! Oh and did I mention mailing a letter to both Samsung address in Plano, TX and Richardson, TX goes unanswered right along with a letter to MetroPCS corporate. Where are all the high end Nokia phones! Those were the BEST!
And I'm sure Samsung will not respond to this either. And yes, I'm very dissatisfied!
