6/5/10 Dept Mgr in the back of the store went out of her way to assist us in finding a "swim to me puppy toy" for our neice in another dept. The employees in the toy department and customer service, either were too busy, or covering from another dept, or couldnt be bothered to assist us in finding this toy for our soon to be seven year old neice. I really do appreciate her help.
