I ordered a bong from them. I waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive, and when I finally got it, it was the wrong item AND it was broken. I requested a refund, but they would only agree to replace the item. So I waited another 2 weeks. I got the second item, and AGAIN it was the wrong bong and it was broken. I sent them another email, with pics of the broken item and pics of the item I thought I was purchasing (from their website). I never heard back from them. I filed a dispute with my bank (i paid with a debit card) and they refunded my money. Worst service ever. Also, if you have a problem, they will always take at least 3 days to get back to you. I now order from another head shop online. This guy gets back to me by the end of the day, sometimes within minutes of me sending the email. The other site is also in the UK, and they got my CORRECT order to me in about 7 days. I would stay away from Grasscity. Very unprofessional.
