My little sister Donna L WHeler hired mr. David A Basil to rep her in carroll co. On two DUI case's my littie sis dieded dec 5 whale befour Donna was to be in court. This leaving Mr Basil NOT HAVING TO FINSH ALL THE WORK THAT HE and DONNA L WHELER had agreaded on Donna and my mother Helen Wilson PAIDED MR Basil IN FULL BEFOER David Basil would take THE CASE. My mother has called Mr Basil repetlly with no resose I myself Finly Was able to take with david today. I ask David TO send my mother a BILL FOR his time up to the day Donna diedDonna and Helen PAID David A TOTAL OF 5150.00 and NOW DavidA Basil IS SAYING HE IS KEEPING ALL THE MONEY. And will not return any so there for is ripping my mother off.
