Had home fire, needed room to rent, paid for 3 days. Ompany debited additional $29.95 from my card three days later

I'd like to report a scam operated and co-founded by John Shriber and Roman Zaks. John is supposedly found at: 275 Central Park West NY, NY 10024 and Roman Zaks is supposedly found at: 445 Park Ave 10th fl. Ny, Ny 10022... Doubt it because the phone numbers I have are: ph: 503-243-2666 and fax: 1 123-123-1234.
I looked at the first number, ending in 666 and the fax number wasn't too original either. This company stole $29.95 from my credit card... I sent an email asking for it back... Think that's going to happen without a court date???
"As if you didn't know this... You stole $29.95 from me! May i have it back please"!!!
