You are going to jail if you don't pay this payday loan back

Today at 2:54 pm I received a phone call at work and it was a guy named Jude at first that told me that I was going to have a warrant issued for my arrest and that he was in the process of filling an Affidavat against me. He stated that I owed 837.23 for a payday loan through Instant Cash and not that I have taken payday loan out in the past but not for Instant Cash. Then Jude told me that he was transeferring me to Shawn Gibson who will read the Affidavat to me and they stated that I was going to be charged with Violation of Banking Regualtions, Collateral Check Fruad, and finally Theft By Deception.informed Shawn Bates that I keep a list of all my payday lenders and that Instant Cash was not one of them. He begin to yell at me and told me that he was trying to spare me the embarassment of getting arrested on my job and losing my job as well. I begin to ask him questions like can you give more information about the advance that I took and he became irate and threaten to hang up. I ask him for his address and the name of the firm. He told me that I had 2 1/2 to pay him or I will be arrested within the next two days. I have to admit he almost had me until I called Relief the program that I was going through and spoke to my financial advisor and he informed me of the scam and e-mailed me the follow. So I hope this helps someone and eases their fears because God knows I was scared at work today:
It is our goal at Relief, LLC to keep you informed regarding your payday loans. A few of our clients have received calls from companies, such as The Department of Crime Prevention, U.S. National Bank, Federal Investigation Bureau and United Legal Processing, who claim to be collecting payment on behalf of their lenders. We have followed up on these calls and discovered that they are fraudulent companies based outside of the United States who are running a scam operation. Many of these fraudulent companies acquire personal information through the internet and use fear based tactics and false threats to force people to pay them. It is important to know that you cannot be arrested or taken to jail for not paying your payday loans. Some of their representatives speak with foreign accents, call from untraceable phone numbers, and will refuse to provide a statement confirming your loan. Under no circumstances should you provide these companies with your payment information. If you are suspicious about a call you receive do not hesitate to request the companies information and a statement confirming your loan. All companies running a legitimate operation will not hesitate to provide you with their information and a statement confirming your loan.
