I received a phone call at work on 12/22 and on my cell phone. Someone named Stanley Keystone said that he was calling me to inform me about a payday loan I had taken out in May with Instant Cash Loans. I asked him to provide supporting documentation as I had never heard of this payday loan company and I have never had a payday loan in my life. I knew it was a scam at the beginning, I just wanted to see what information I could get out of him. I have had similar calls like this within the past two months. I have reported all of these calls to the Gwinnett County Police Department and my attorney and they have all said this is a scam. The un-nerving part is that they have my social security number and my current address and I do not know what else they have but I've reported this as Identity Theft and the police are investigating these scam artists.
Report any phone calls like this immediately to your local police department and do not hesitate, otherwise, you may find yourself with a problem.
