Subject: Fraudsters Kevin Beckham & Diane B Beckham... At it again!

Professional Conman "paper hanger" and former Porn King Kevin Beckham and accomplice wife Diane Beckham of 22555 Bristolwood Ct in Katy Tx at their old check scam... Again!
The old adage "Crime don't pay" has never been quite understood by Porn King Kevin Beckham and wife and co-star Diane Beckham of Katy Texas..
The phone rang just after 11 am and a caller identified himself as Mr Kevin Beckman and he requested us to send out and estimator to his home to have the top of the line patio installed onto their $127,000 suburban home in Katy Tx.
Odd request thought the secretary as she cross checked his address with his fake name that he gave us and requesting to have a $5,000 patio added to such a... Shall we say "equity challenged home" not to mention in a very low income neighborhood is a request that we just don't get everyday.
So we send out a designer and they request to have our architectural CAD rendering services employed and we designed a stunning designer patio for the back of their home.
Well, the designer worked up a gorgeous rendering of the back of their home with the proposed artesian Package patio neatly mounted onto their modest home...
We gave Kevin & Diane a proposal and told them to sit on it awhile and call us should they decide to move forward on the project...
Well, a couple days later Kevin calls back (this time he used a different name) and requests us to start the next day and that to come over he woulkd right us a check...
Now, because Kevin Beckham's credit was obviously an issue given their shady past and current financial stress we asked for 50% down and 50% on completion which was welcomed with open arms as Diane Beckman proficiently whips out a check for $1,935.00 (check number 2189 wells fargo #9219182632 (routing number 111900659).
They insited that we start the next day which was extremely unusual but trying tyo pacify the new designer the boss agreed to go ahead and even though the check had not cleared go ahead and buy the $1,500 in material, etc to get the project to the next phase (pour phase) So they sent out a 6 man crew that worked tirelessly all day excavating a huge pile of dirt from the backyard to the front, forming the perimeter and had over 80 pieces of #3 rebar delivered for their petite 377 sq ft patio (about 30 pieces too much)
Well the crew called in at the end of the day as usual and they informed us that they had completely formed up the patio... Dug it all down 4 inches deep, relocated all dirt to front and installed, cut and tied almost all the rebar and was basically ready to pour cement.
Well lo and behold here comes Kevin Bekman calling us telling us to cancel his contract and that he had canceled his check (come to find out he had canceled it before we ever started)
When confronted with the fact that we had already done over half the work he stuttered and squeeked that he "was in a meeting" and would call back... Here it is a week later and he never called...
So, we send the designer back out and what do you know they had used our forms and rebar just they way we had installed them and they used our crew to install the cement over the weekend behind our back!!! (with all our tools and equipment)
We sincerely hope that this writing will be noticed when the aforementioned con team decides to strike again on another innocent bystander... Theft of this nature is of extremely poor taste and shows absolutely zero etiquette

Criminal charges are pending on a Mr Kevin Beckham and Diane B Beckham for Grand larceny, theft, fraud, theft by check and for stopping payment with the intent to defraud - we will keep you posted to the outcome
