Misleading telemarketing, won't reimburse money, impossible to get hold of company

My problem is similar to those already listed in this forum. Was scammed into thinking that I'd be receiving products to try for free with no obligation. Now I've got about $179 charged to my credit card for products that I have returned to the company (I was unsatisfied — products are no better than what you can get at department stores and much more expensive!). Glad I made out better than some of the others I'm reading about here in terms of money lost.

Now I'm trying to get hold of the company. The "customer service" number is 1800-514-5115 and they either don't answer the phone, the line is busy, you get some message asking for a mailbox account number (?), or you get some guy who gives you another number to call.

This second number is 1800-202-1395. I have yet to get hold of someone on this line. The phone either rings and rings, or it's busy (probably with other people trying to get their money back, too!).

Am now contacting my credit card company, but I doubt they'll be able to help me, because the purchases are on a statement from 3 months ago...
