On March 30, I was promised a check for $795.00 in 60 days Their analysis did not meet their guarantee of the projected savings. The cancellation confirmation is #933068783. I have left numerous messages and they do not return my calls. I rarely get a person to answer the phone, only a message. I even tried their refund hot line, extension 4000 and 4003, that promised an e-mail with instructions in 48 hrs. No e-mail. They already have a claim form on file. On 11-23-09, Arlene promised to send a past 90 days notice to the processing department. On 12-18-09, I received an e-mail from Todd Myers at PLS Consulting, Inc. I never did get Terri when I called 1-866-642-5111. This has gone on too long and I feel that I am being ignored.
