I went to LaGrange GA around 7:00 pm on Wednesday February 24. The salesman Randy Jackson let me take the 2005 Saab 9-3 linear home to test drive it overnight. The same night I droved the car the information light came on and said to check engine. This should have been my first sign of this car, my husband warned me about it. On February 25 I called Randy Jackson and told him that the light had came on to check the engine. Randy called later on and said the mechanic said it could be when they put gas in the car the gas cap was not on tight enough. I did not put gas in the car. Randy said, it probably was the people in the service shop at Parkway Mitsubishi. I got an estimate from Randy, he faxed it to the Member Alliance Federal Credit Union that Thursday February 24. I got off of worked late Friday, so Randy said I could come Saturday in which I did. On February 20 Saturday I bought the car drove it home Saturday night. I droved it over the weekend. On Monday on my way to work the check engine light came on, the fuel ignition light was on. I took it to Legacy formerly Bill Heard Chevrolet and Saab Dealership in Columbus GA, they ranned a test and gave me a code which was P0455 which meant it was an EVAPORATOR LEAK problem. I talked with Randy Jackson and he said he would check with his manager. Randy immediately called me back and said for me to bring it in, which was Tuesday February 23.in the mean time I had notice when I first test drove it, the brakes seem to go down very low to the floor board, it did not feel like the brakes was working right or safely, so on the phone with Randy Jackson when we were discussing me bringing it back to check the engine light, that’s when I told him about the brakes, he told me that they might not take care of the brakes, because they had lost money in selling me the car because of a lower price when we made the deal. $10,200.00 to me in this economic time is a lot of money and to be having problems with a car that you just brought. On February 23, I spoke with a gentleman and told him about bringing it back to have service on the check the engine light was on and a code that read EVAPORATOR LEAK, (AN EMISSION VALVE WAS THE REASON. He said that Randy had spoken with him and they will take care of it. I then told the gentlemen that I’m having problems with the brakes, that they did not seem right. He said that I had just brought the car Saturday and they will check it all out. I later overheard that the gentlemen was the owner. I did not get his name at that time.

I took the car back on February 23 on a Tuesday. I found out the gentlemen name was Jesse who was the owner. I left the car; they gave me a car to drive. I talked to Ray who is the service manager on Wednesday February 24; they had to order the part. Ray told me hopefully that UPS will have the part in by Friday and my car should be ready then. Meanwhile I mention the brakes to him (ray) and he told me that no one had mentioned to check the brakes to him. I talked to Ray Friday morning 02/26 he told me that the brakes needed a MASTER CYLINDER and that the part would not 2 get here here till Monday which was 03/01. I called Monday he told me I could pick the car up Monday.

I picked the car up driving from Columbus GA around 6:30pm when we left Mitsubishi heading back to Columbus Georgia, the information light came on again, this time it said service maintenance soon. When we got home my husband notice two (2) bulbs out in the head lights.

This car has spent more time in the shop at Mitsubishi than I’ve driven it.

I brought the car on February 20 which was a Saturday. I took it back to Mitsubishi on Tuesday February 23 for an evaporator leak. Because of this part I think they had to order it. Ray the mechanic said it should be here by Friday February 25. On Friday February 25, I was told they had to order a Master Cylinder for the brakes and it would not be here till Monday March 01. I did not pick it back up till Monday March 1. On March 01 driving back to Columbus, the light came on again saying it needed service for maintenance, I took the car back March 2, they looked at the brakes said they were okay, I do not know what else was done other than Randy said that they had left the lights on while servicing or doing something to the car. I’ve driven the car 3 days. All the other times has been driving from Columbus GA to LaGrange.

I’m asking for extended warranty. Not the one that I have to pay for, the warranty from the dealer for extended days beyond 30 days, because of the problems I’ve been having with the Saab. All in all the people here at Mitsubishi has been nice and cooperative

On March 06 on a Saturday, I got off of work went home, jumped in the Saab to go to the Supermarket. The Saab would not start, it was around 4:00PM. I called John Gerberman at Parkway Mitsubishi who suggested maybe we left the lights on; we did not leave any lights on. He said that he would give us some money on the battery. We went to Wal-Mart in Columbus, who had no battery that was equivalent to the cranking AMPS for the Saab. So we went to Advance Auto Part, who had a battery with the Saab cranking amps for approximately $150.00. John Gerberman said that he would reimburse me for the bulbs missing in the front of the lights and the Battery in which I have not been reimbursed. The battery that was in the Saab did not have a date on it so there was no way you could tell or see how long the battery had been in the Saab. During the week March 7 – 11th has been the only time I have driven the Saab for 5 consecutive days without coming back to Parkway Mitsubishi.

On March 11 I called Randy at Mitsubishi and told him that the brakes do not seem right. They are going down to the floor and I’m having to pump the brakes in order to stop. He told me to bring the car in this evening and he will give me a loaner. So I took the car in on March 11 for the brakes. They gave me a car to drive. I did not hear anything from Parkway Mitsubishi so I called them Tuesday evening on March 16 and spoke with Ray from the Service Department. He said that they was finished with my car that morning and hadn’t got a chance to call me but it was ready and I 3 could pick it up that day which was March 16. He said that they had taken and check everything out with the brakes, and that they had another Saab similar to mines and that they both were the same in comparing the brakes, they say this is a characteristic of the way Saab’s brakes are on this particular car. After getting the car back yesterday evening approximately around 6:00pm March 16. I drove to put gas in the tank, and when I cranked the car up, I notice a popping sound when I cranked the car up and the same sound when you apply the brakes. It did not make this sound until yesterday when I picked it up from the dealership. My husband said that it sounds like its coming from under the hood like the engine. My Husband called today March 17 and spoke with John he’s the manager. We have taken this car back over 5 (five) time with in a month’s time which is getting to be a hassle because no one wants to pay for a car and not be able to enjoy the car at all. My husband and I both work; we are spending gas and our time taking it back to Parkway Mitsubishi seems like everyday. We bought this car supposedly for our child, but now it’s to the point that we do not feel safe in this car or comfortable in this car, and we feel scared for the safety of our child, or anyone that rides in this car. And this being said. I’m asking Parkway Mitsubishi to either give us a full refund or give us another car. I want this to go on record this is our concerns and concerns our safety. With this being said, I want this to go on record this 2005 Saab LINEAR 9 3 with the vehicle identification number YS3FB49S251059478.

On March 17, my husband called John Gerberman and talked to him about the brakes again, because it felt like there was no brakes, they seem worst than before. John told us to bring it car back; he will give us a car to drive while his service manager Ray check out the brakes again. Mean time, my husband was afraid of my safety and to be sure, before I drove the car back to Lagrange which we all know that’s a 30 – 45 minute drive depending on how fast you drive. He took the car to Legacy formerly known as Bill Heard Chevrolet for a Diagnostic test

The findings were:

1. Copy of the diagnostic enclosed. 66387 airs trapped inside abs valve and warped front rotors with worn thin front pads 1. Cycled abs valve to remove trapped air inspected brake pads front pads worn thin test drove and flet warped front rotors inspection and repair estamet given = f

THIS DIAGNOSTIC TEST COST ME $94.00 I WANT 4 THIS REFUNDED BACK TO ME because parkway service center did not bled the brakes.

On March 17, we took the car back to Parkway and when we met with John, he was fine until I told him we took the car in for a Diagnostic test and we had the report of the finding That’s when John Leberman turned four shades and said that “I’m not going to pay for brakes or pads, loud and very rude. He then said do you know what you get when you buy a used car, this is what you get. I then said that I was going to report it as a lemon law infraction, he then said loud and rudely there’s no Lemon law for a used car in Georgia, don’t you know what you get when you buy a used car. No customer ever wants to hear those words. He said I will take the car for Ray to bleed the brakes but I’m not going to doing nothing else to the car. Then he and I had some words about this; he then told me he can do with out the attitude. But He’s the one that showed attitude first. He was rude and unprofessional. He gave us a car we went home and the next day on March 18 around 6:00pm we arrived at Parkway to pick up my 2005 Saab, when we got there, there was people standing outside, when I went inside the show room, there was no one inside, so I was waiting for some one to greet me, then John came out, then I said I’m here to pick up my car, he did not acknowledge me, the only thing I heard him say was how does kids text so fast, he finished texting to whoever he was texting to first;, then he gave me my keys without a word, then I left.

I asked for additional 30 days because of the trouble we have been having with the Saab and traveling up and down Interstate 185 with this car. John who is the manager would not give me 30 additional days, he agreed to 2 additional weeks. I have only driven this car 5 days consecutive since I’ve brought it.

I am still waiting on the refund that John Gerberman told me that he had put in the mail, for the bulbs and the battery. Mr. John Gerberman, said that he was going to send me $50.00 for all the bulbs that was not working on the car in the beginning, a partial refund for the battery, I have yet to receive any monies. The last time I spoke with him which was approximately 1 week ago, during the week of March 15, he told me that the check was in the mail, I still have not received it to this day, which is March 24.
