I depend on ATT DSL to run the cash register from my retail sales sight at a local mall. Due to the nature of my business, customers pay AFTER they recieve services. When DSL is down I lose money. My ATT DSL has been up and down now for 3 weeks. I have endured the agony of calling their customer support line and waiting 14-25 minutes several times now. Each time I am told to check filters, unplug phone lines, let them call me on my cell phone and bring my laptop to work to check a connection for them. One ATT tech said this was because of the cost of on sight service. So I am losing MY money so ATT can save theirs? Long story short. DSL still broken and I guess I will have to spend another few hours trying to get it fixed tomorrow.
Take my advise... Use ANYONE other than ATT. Bad product and worse customer service!
