Hello, I am hoping that someone here can help to remedy my situation. I purchased a product from Home Depot called simplemat. The claims were well I am copying them from their own website. No mortar - no mixing - no mess install at your own pace no waiting between setting and grouting This is from the simplemat website. So I went and purchased the simplemat along with $400 dollars worth of material to tile my kitchen backsplash. The product seemed to work at first. Until the tile started literally falling off my walls.in spots it took the paint and drywall off with it. I now have a huge expense to fix all the damage that the simplemat has caused in my kitchen. Not only do I feel that the company misrepresented their product, but it does not do what it says it will do. I want them to reimburse me for all the expense that I am going to have to come out of pocket to repair what their simplemat damaged in my kitchen. Please help me. I am not the only one that has had this problem either. There are posts all over the internet with people who have had the same experience with me. This would be a lawyers dream come true mass lawsuit.
