Tan Your Hide sent me to collections for being unable to tan per Doctor's orders.
When I signed my contract there is a clause in there stating if you become unable to tan due to health reasons and can provide proof through a Doctor's note that you will be let out of your contract, well they do not honor this clause at all.
I found out I was pregnant with our 2nd child but 5 pregnancy because I am a high risk pregnancy and have lost now 4 of the babies. I was put on bed rest, and that bed rest was mostly in the Hospital. I contacted Tan Your Hide and was told to fax, mail, or have my husband bring in my Doctor's report and they would cancel the last 3 month of my year contract I had with them. I faxed and mailed this to them with my contact information. I ended up getting harrasing phone calls from a so-called Manager from one of their locations that I didn't even use about how no matter the case I had to pay it or I would be sent to collections. I tried calling her back and got the run around. I contacting my bank and had the payments stopped for the last 3 months of the contract, well come to find out when my husband and I pulled our Credit Report last month Tan Your Hide has sent me to collections for this.
