I was called by Brian Hodges and they asked me if my Attorny was present, I said why would I need an Attorney he replied I was being charged with 3 federal counts as he read count 1. Banking regulation. Count 2. Check Fraud. I replied you must have the wrong person. He began screaming at me and hung up. I called back and he said if I called again he was going to file phone harrasment charges on me. Two days later a different person called me (CHARLIE) would not give me a last name. He said they were Attorney's collecting on a CC I had back in 99... Told me that they had to have $773.87 by 6pm or I would be going to jail. Well I knew that none of this was true so I have not answeed their calls since. They have called me everyday from 4 different numbers and leave voice mail after voicemail. Can they threaten people like this??? Is this legal???
