I re-visted the Dick's Sporting Goods Store in North Olmsted, Ohio on 1-22-10 and was lucky to see that Eric Armstrong was working. He has helped me in the past and he remembered me! I recently had my right big toe joint removed and fused so trying to get 'back on my feet' has been difficult, but Eric was so helpful, he knows his store, cares about his customers! While I was there, he was truly upset because one of his regular customers had asked him to order a shirt a few weeks ago and there was a mistake at another store and they sent it to the wrong place... He took it personally because he said a mistake like this makes Dick's store look bad. Now, this is an employee who cares... No customer is just a number or dollar amount to him!
