If you been scam please report them to ic3. Gov and if you paid through paypal please place a dispute so no one else get scam.
These is what happened to me.
My problem started when I wanted to use my Loyalty Buck to get the mixer I wanted, per their terms of service of Loyalty Bucks (Loyalty Bucks) in amount equal to the dollar value of the purchased Bid Tokens. I purchased $242.00 worth of bid tokens through paypal, but Bigdeal, com would not giving me full credit for my loyalty bucks. I have sent several request, but these is part of there response and I have more

We do not credit full value of Loyalty Bucks to any one item. You may use your Loyalty Bucks for a discount on the items in our Reward Store. All of our materials state that you can "Use your Loyalty Bucks for discounts on popular items." In addition, when you look at the items in the Rewards Store it is quite clear what discount you get on each item and how many Loyalty Bucks you may use towards the purchase of each item.
I am sorry there is nothing further that I can do in connection with your complaint. It is our stated policy that Loyalty Bucks are worth discounts.

At the time of Bid Token purchase, BigDeal.com will deliver Loyalty Bucks (Loyalty Bucks) in amount equal to the dollar value of the purchased Bid Tokens. Loyalty Bucks can be used in the Credit Store (Credit Store) to purchase items at a discount level determined solely by BigDeal.com. Loyalty Bucks are granted for all Bid Token purchases unless otherwise noted on the site, and expire after 365 days from the date of purchase.
