Surfed for cheapest deal. Thought bigdeal auction site. Gave creditcard number. Five minutes later saw they wanted to keep 99.00. I am on fixed incxome as jerry's kids as an adult. Wrote 4 emails 11 may. I was told my card was subtracted 99.00. On 13 jun 11 i got my credit card statement and 99.00 was from bigdeal.com
Customer service said write an emai. I did and two days later i heard nothing. I said i did not have 99.00 dollars for them to hold for a month or two. Site doesn't work that way. We prefer purchases are quick.
However, if they are not a rip off two days i should have received a rsponse tomy jerry's kids request.
