Company should respect customers' right to cancel poor service

View DIRECTV full profile & all complaints

If service is not up to customers' expectations you should respect their rights to cancel if you want good reviews on company services. That alone would bring you more customers in long run. As of right now I have nothing good to say about Direct TV.
