I asked when he planned to start the work. Michael Zeitz said he would start 1/18, but he could not promise me that date or maybe 1/25, he was working on a porch. He didn't want to start my bathroom and stop and come back. Michael Zeitz ended with telling me by the end of the month he would start.

Michael Zeitz got the money, no work started. He (Michael Zeitz) knew I was upset than he offered for his company representative Mark Zeitz to take me to Lowe's to pick out faucets, sinks, bathroom mirror, cabinet, shower equipment and marble tiles on 1/6. Now remember the contract date 11/15 Mark Zeitz brought a square marble tile and a card showing paint color, The company representative (Mark)

Was telling me the marble that he brought was the best and all natural just let the foreman see this marble, this marble and color is what you want. I did not pick out that marble or color for my bathroom. Mark and I went to Lowe's no supplies or material was purchased or ordered on 1/6.

On Janurary 7th I talked with Michael Zeitz, told him of the complaints I found on his company, I did not want him to touch my home, I want to cancel. Michael Zeitz said I was over reacting, I needed to sleep on it. What can he do to make it right?

I (TRAMATIZED FINANCIALLY) am canceling; I no longer want your services. I said return that money do not spend anything. Michael Zeitz replied, I "quote" you can't cancel you have a contract with me. You're not getting your money back! You'll just have to take me to court and spend your money! CONDUCT VIOLATIONS OF PA. Unfair trade practices and consumer protection law.
