I purchased a fairly expenseive TaskMaster Industrial Chair for Safeco Products. I had a situation where the back became damaged and need to replace the padded back. The chair was sent as an assembled kit. I would have assumed that if a part broke or became defective I would be able to get a replacement. This was not the case.in fact that don't have any replacement parts other then casters (which my chair does not have). This is an industrial chair and would be expected to experience rough use and parts would need to be replaced. I wanted to inform any potential buyers of Safeco Products to consider this fact before purchasing something from them. Product is made in China and can't contact them to send a part to help a customer out.
