I have had the "bundle" for two or three years. I have always had this problem. The only complaint that was not corrected immediately is the problem with the caller I.D. It does not identify me to the person I call and often that person will not answer the call not knowing who's calling.
Sometimes, it is very important that I talk to that person and causes me a problem when I can't.
Local CABLEONE has tried really hard by doing everything they can but the problem remains.
