Closed Account After Learning of 26% Interest on Balance

After viewing my statement and noticing I was paying 26% interest on my balance, I decided to call and complain. Sorry, "they" raised the amount and "they" will not allow us to make changes. Who is "they"? I decided to fire them, closed my account and will go to Menards or Lowe's.

Bye-bye, Home Depot, and do not let the door hit you in the rear.
