Best Buy, the electronics giant is has a sham of a Rewards Program. Purchases are to give customers points which equals money off on future purchases. The sham is they are to notify you via email that you can print a certificate: doesen't happen. If certificates aren't used in 90 days they are void: catch 22 (can't use a certificate you don't know about). If you call them on the absurdity of the program, they offer to reissue you a certificate in 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Wow, that is like light years in our electronic world.
Bottom line, Best Buy has a program they don't want used. GO ELSWHERE! To buy electronics.
