After filing a report on this website, the President, Mr Mosieur contacted me personally. Ironically, the same day he replied, a check arrived in the mail, albeit 45 days late, but nonetheless, it did arrive. Not to make excuses, but I assume it has to do with the number of transactions. I recommend they change the wording of their policy that payment WILL be made in 45 days to SHOULD, alleviating the mandatory nature of "will."
I will admit, it took a lot of time to get my money and all I wanted was a reply that it would take longer. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of this company, but just keep trying. I thank Mr Mosieur for assisting in this matter and for living up to the promises of his company.
My advice to anyone is to just be careful who you do business with in ANY field, especially unregulated industries like this. I hope everyone will have the same outcome I did!
Just like this website promotes, "All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from bad businesses." I now consider cellforcash one of the good businesses!
