RMS Communications Inc. Sent phones almost a year ago. No response

I was ripped off by cellforcash.com many months ago.initially, I let it go chalking it up as just another Internet scam, but as time marched on it annoyed me more and more that this company has fleeced countless people just like me, and a person named Mike Mike Mosieur has been bullying and intimidating other complainants on complaint forums like this.
