Glacier Mountain Spring Water Company, Inc. Has failed to refund $40.00 for 4 empty water bottles that were returned on November 2. They said that they issue credits monthly and the $40.00 would be credited to my credit card which they had on file in December. When the credit did not appear on my credit card statement I called them on the telephone and was advised that they were not issuing any credits at this time. Glacier Mountain Spring Water Company acknowledged that they owed me the $40.00 but said that business was slow and they would not be issuing any credits before the spring of 2010. I am not a of creditor of this company. I am a customer. I believe it is illegal for them to use a customer's security deposit for their general cash requirements and then refuse to give me my security deposit back until such time as they choose.
