Fairview Park Ohio Ripped me off, Ohio

On 04/18 I purchased an extended warranty for my car for the amount of $799.00. I tried using the warranty but most of the claims were rejected. A month ago I try using the warranty, but I could not locate those thieves, the main number was disconnected, and the 24 hour hot line rings, but no answer.
